In the world of investigations there are defined cases where a suspect is identified and incarcerated before the report is even turned in.Then there are investigations that go unresolved due to lack of evidence or witness information. Any investigator will tell you there is nothing worse than an open or unresolved death investigation, especially when they know there is a suspect on the loose and grieving family members seeking closure for the untimely demise of a loved one.
