CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY — The Christian County Sheriff’s Office has served a warrant on a second suspect connected to a two-vehicle pursuit that began on April 22, 2025, near Carter Road and Barkers Mill Road.
On that date, a Christian County Sheriff’s deputy observed two vehicles backed into a wooded area in what appeared to be suspicious activity. As the deputy approached, both vehicles fled at a high rate of speed, leading to a pursuit that crossed into Clarksville, Tennessee. A link to the original story can be found HERE.

Donavan Ball
One of the suspects, 23-year-old Jordyn Purcell, was apprehended on the day of the incident. Following further investigation, deputies obtained a warrant for the second suspect, 24-year-old Donovan Ball of Woodlawn, Tennessee, who was identified as the driver of one of the fleeing vehicles.
On May 6, 2025, Ball was served with the Christian County warrant at the Christian County Sheriff’s Office and subsequently transported to the Christian County Jail. He is charged with the following offenses:

Speeding 26 MPH or More Over the Limit

Reckless Driving

Fleeing or Evading Police, 1st Degree (Motor Vehicle)

Wanton Endangerment – 1st Degree

Disregarding a Stop Sign

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
