Christian County, KY — Deputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office made arrests in two separate drug-related incidents on Monday, June 9, 2025.

Joshua Hull
The first incident occurred at approximately 4:10 PM, when Deputies observed a man later identified as 46-year-old Joshua Hull of Bowling Green near the Rodeway Inn on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Hull was stopped after deputies noticed suspicious behavior while he was riding a bicycle. During the encounter, Deputies observed signs of narcotics use and, after further questioning, Hull admitted to possessing a marijuana “joint” and methamphetamine. A subsequent search revealed methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in Hull’s possession.
Hull was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 3rd or Greater Offense (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Marijuana
- Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess

Scott Schobeloch
Later that evening, at approximately 8:09 PM, Deputies conducted a pedestrian stop on East 7th Street after observing two individuals walking in the roadway in violation of pedestrian traffic laws. One of the individuals, 32-year-old Scott Schobeloch of Hopkinsville, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. His companion, 27-year-old Emily Eiland, also of Hopkinsville, was found to have an outstanding felony probation violation warrant.
Schobeloch was arrested and charged with:
- Hitchhiking – Disregard Traffic Regulation by Pedestrian
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine)

Emily Eiland
Eiland was taken into custody on an active felony probation violation warrant.
