Oak Grove, KY — On June 11, 2025, Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested three individuals at the Circle K on Segler Drive following a suspicious encounter that led to a drug and firearm investigation.
Deputies observed suspicious behavior from 47-year-old William Howse of Nashville, who attempted to flee and was found to have discarded a firearm. Howse, a convicted felon, was in possession of various drugs including marijuana, crack cocaine, THC, ecstasy (MDMA), and psilocybin mushrooms. A large quantity of drugs and cash were also recovered from a backpack linked to him.
The driver of the vehicle, 48-year-old Edward Brauns of Nashville, was also arrested after discarding suspected fentanyl and cocaine on scene. A third individual, 38-year-old Charity Seymour of Clarksville, was also arrested.

All three were transported to the Christian County Jail.
