Christian County, KY – Just before midnight on Wednesday, deputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of an assault in the 3000 block of Madisonville Road in Hopkinsville.

Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victim, who reported being attacked while sitting in a vehicle. During the altercation, the suspect allegedly struck the victim in the arm with a screwdriver and later caused damage to the vehicle before fleeing back to her home.
Deputies arrested 19-year-old Kimberly McIntyre of Hopkinsville in connection with the incident. She has been charged with:
