HOPKINSVILLE, KY – On July 7, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, Christian County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 33-year-old William Webster and 34-year-old Cierra White at Westwood Drive and Boxwood Drive following a surveillance operation at Evergreen Apartments.

William C. Webster

Cierra N. White
Deputies targeted Webster, who was wanted for a felonious parole violation and theft of a motor vehicle, after he allegedly fled a vehicle pursuit the previous day, crashing a stolen vehicle into a cornfield, causing $3,000 in damage. Webster, marked as armed and dangerous, was spotted concealing himself in a vehicle driven by White. The vehicle had excessive window tint and unconfirmed insurance. During a traffic stop, White refused to fully lower the windows and was not wearing her seatbelt properly. Deputies found two sets of brass knuckles and a blackjack near White, and two handguns, one with restricted hollow-point ammunition, near Webster, a convicted felon.
Webster resisted arrest but was subdued by Deputies. He later admitted to fleeing the prior pursuit due to his parole violation. White was charged with assisting Webster’s evasion.
White faces charges of Failure to Wear Seat Belts, Failure of Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance/Security (1st Offense), Excessive Windshield/Window Tinting, Hindering Prosecution or Apprehension (2nd Degree), and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
Webster was charged with Criminal Mischief (1st Degree), Reckless Driving, Disregarding Stop Sign, Improper Passing, Theft by Unlawful Taking (Auto $10,000-$1,000,000), Failure to Wear Seat Belts, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon, Using Restricted Ammo During Felony, Operating on Suspended/Revoked License, Fleeing or Evading Police (1st Degree, Motor Vehicle), and Fleeing or Evading Police (2nd Degree, On Foot).
Both were transported to the Christian County Jail, where Webster was served his parole violation warrant
