On September 4^th, 2025 at approximately 7:38pm Christian County Sheriff Deputies arrested 27-year-old Gideon Stoltzfus following a traffic stop. Stoltzfus was transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Speeding over 26mph+, Fleeing or Evading Police, 1^st Degree (Motor Vehicle), Reckless Driving, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence (2^nd Offense Aggravating Circumstance), No Operators License and Inadequate Silencer.
