On September 13, 2025 at approximately 6:05 PM Deputies arrested 49-year-old Kenneth Shepard following a disturbance. Shepard was transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Assault 4^th Degree (Domestic Violence), Unlawful Imprisonment 1^st Degree and Resisting Arrest.
