On September 13, 2025 at approximately 4:17 PM Deputies arrested 42-year-old Russell Nielen of Oak Grove, Ky following a traffic stop. Nielsen was transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Excessive Windshield/Window Tint (White) and Possession of Controlled Substance 1^st Degree (Methamphetamine).
