On October 15th, 2025 at approximately 5:49 pm Deputies arrested 42-year-old Steven Black and 37-year-old Heather Ramsey of Hopkinsville, KY after conducting a traffic stop. Both were transported to the Christian County Jail where they are charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and traffic violations.
