On November 25th, 2025 at approximately 3:15 pm The Christian County Sheriff’s Office Anti-Crime Unit, with support from detectives and the patrol division, executed a search warrant on Cates St. resulting in the arrest of 23-year-old Eric Blaine of Hopkinsville, KY. Blaine was transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)(Enhancement), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Drug Unspecified)(Enhancement), Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana (Enhancement), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
