On December 20^th, 2025 at approximately 10:09 PM Deputies arrested 49-year-old Dale Hicks and 49-year-old Kelly Richmond of Daniels, WV following a traffic stop on the Pennyrile Parkway. Hicks was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Trafficking in Controlled Substance- Fentanyl, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Richmond was charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Promoting Contraband-Fentanyl. Both were transported to the Christian County Jail.
