On July 27th, 2026, at 7:11 pm deputies were checking on two people in a vehicle parked at a gas station on Pembroke Oak Grove Road and could see drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
The driver, 34-year-old Jared Chester of Clarksville, took accountability for the fentanyl and crack cocaine that were found in his possession.
Chester was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
