On September 6th, 2026, at 11:17 am deputies were called to a wreck on Bradshaw Road.
A van was crossing Bradshaw Road from John Rives Road and pulled into the path of a northbound truck.
An adult female and three children were taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Vanderbilt Health in Clarksville due to injuries.
Deputies were assisted by the Pembroke Fire Department.
