On August 20^th , 2025 at approximately 8:26 PM Christian County Sheriff Deputies arrested 45-year-old Jason Evitts of Oak Grove, KY following a traffic stop.

Evitts was transported to the Christian County Jail where he is charged with Careless Driving, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st degree (Methamphetamine), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Improper or No Windshield, Disregarding Compulsary Turn Lane, and Improper signal.
