On August 27th, 2025 at approximately 8:54 AM, Deputies served an arrest warrant in the 4000 block of Madisonville Rd. Upon contact with 42-year-old Brian Smith, Deputies observed drug paraphernalia in plain sight along with methamphetamine. Smith was arrested and transported to the Christian County Jail. Smith was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Smith was also served a Probation Violation for a Felony Offense warrant.
