On September 19, 2025 Deputies arrested 25-year-old Justin Nelson of El Paso, TX following a traffic stop. Nelson was transported to the Christian County Jail where he is charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle.
