On November 22^nd 2025 at approximately 4:00 PM, Deputies arrested 42-year-old Tiffany Gilkey of Owensboro, KY after being observed to be extremely intoxicated in a public place. Gilkey was transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication -Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance 1^st Degree (Methamphetamine).
