On November 21^st at approximately 6:00 PM Deputies arrested 39-year-old John Mann of Hopkinsville, KY following a traffic stop. Mann was transported to the Christian County Jail where he is charged with Fleeing or Evading Police 3^rd Degree, Torture of a Dog or Cat, Cruelty to Animals 2^nd Degree, Obstructing a Highway, Possession of Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, other traffic violations and served an Arrest Warrant.
