On March 8^th, 2026 at approximately 11:07 pm Deputies arrested 37-year-old Ernest Weaver of Clarksville, TN following a traffic stop. Weaver was transported to the Christian County Jail and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Fleeing or Evading Police-2^nd Degree (Motor Vehicle), Wanton Endangerment 1^st Degree- Police Officer and other traffic violations.
