On July 16th, 2026, deputies recovered a stolen truck during a traffic stop on Pennyrile Parkway at the intersection of McLean Avenue on Friday, the driver, 47-year-old James Love of Hopkinsville, was taken into custody along with his passenger, 38-year-old David Colgin of Hopkinsville.
Love is charged with receiving stolen property, improper registration plate, and failure to produce an insurance card.
His passenger, Colgin, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
