On August 3rd, 2026, just after 3 p.m., deputies got out with a vehicle, and 38-year-old Marcus Lane of Hopkinsville, who was a passenger, fled on foot at Woodland Heights on Greenville Road.
He was quickly apprehended and found to have a warrant for failure to pay a fine related to his suspended license.
He is charged with third-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental operations.
