On August 7th, 2026, at 10:54 pm deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Kody Davis of Woodlawn, Tennessee, on Fort Campbell Boulevard for reckless driving.
During the stop, he was found to have a suspended license, marijuana, suspected meth, pipes, glass bongs, and an open alcoholic beverage container.
After a field sobriety test, he was charged with obstructed vision and/or windshield, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence second offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
