On August 25th, 2026, at 1:06 pm deputies arrested 23-year-old Nicole Cuellar on a warrant for attempted theft by unlawful taking and two counts of theft by unlawful taking.
The charges stem from an investigation that found she sold a Ford Mustang, truck parts, and attempted to sell a Chevy Silverado that didn’t belong to her.
The car was damaged and inoperable when found; the truck was damaged and missing parts.
