On September 11th, 2026, at 7:49 pm deputies were called to the 8-mile marker of Interstate 169 for a man walking northbound and stumbling into traffic.
34-year-old James Sizemore of Manchester was located and showed signs of being under the influence of some kind of substance.
He was arrested on three active warrants for failure to appear and two counts of non-payment of court cost.
After being arrested, he was found to have suspected meth and a used needle.
Sizemore is charged with public intoxication, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
