August 8th, 2019: Deputies were dispatched to an address on East Princeton St in Crofton yesterday evening (08/07) around 5:15 pm to search for a stolen ATV. According to the arrest report from Dep. S. Suiter, officers arrived and observed 19-year-old Isaiah Bale drive off into the woods with the ATV. Bale then abandoned the ATV and fled from Deputies on Foot.
A short time later, the investigation led Deputies to an area of College Street in Crofton, where they located Bale and took him into custody. Bale was charged with the following:
- Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000
- Fleeing/ Evading Police 2nd Degree (On foot)
Bale was arrested and transported to the Christian County Jail and the ATV was recovered.
